October Meeting:

Hello Friends! We had a wonderful and informative meeting on Monday, October 26th, thanks to our co-leader Nicki LiVecchi!!! Nicki is very passionate about educating other families about what toxins are located in our homes and what we can do to prevent them so our families can live and grow in a healthy, green environment. She also shared with us some cheap ways of making common house hold cleaners that will not harm your little ones and will still get the job done! WooHoo! Who would have ever thought that a little white distilled vinegar can go such a long way when it come to cleaning our homes! So not only is green cleaning better for our families it will also help us to save money, especially with the current state of our economy. Both Nicki and I, are looking forward to seeing all of you at next months meeting!!! Hope that everyone had a Safe and Happy Halloween!

ZB meeting

Our September Meeting:
Last night was our first monthly meeting with our new leaders Nicole Clemente and Nicki LiVecchi! The night was filled with delicious food that was brought by our members, relaxing massages provided by Dana Arieno, LMT and of course we learned something new. At this month's meeting we learned about Zero Balancing by therapist Barb Kinney. Barb was kind enough to allow all of this month's attendees to experience Zero Balancing first hand!
(Below Dana Arieno, LMT is providing chair massages to our members)

What is Zero Balancing?
(Below Barb is educating us on what Zero Balancing is)

Zero Balancing is a hands-on body-mind system of therapy that balances the relationship of energy and structure within the bones and tissues of the body. Zero Balancing uses energy movement to integrate Western medical science with Eastern energy healing traditions into an original, practical and coherent bodywork skill. Based on principles of nature, zero balancing promotes internal balance and harmony through the use of informed, skilled touch. Many people initially seek zero balancing to relieve symptoms but continue receiving sessions as their quality of life improves.

How Could You Benefit from Zero Balancing?

Zero Balancing is a primary health maintenance system. Regular Zero Balancing releases stress and tension within the body and the mind, relieves sypmtoms caused by energetic or structural imbalance and encourages integration and stabilization. Aligning the energy supports optimum health. Zero Balancing works in conjuction with medical therapy and is not a substitute for it.

(Here Barb is demonstrating zero balancing on one of our members)

Zero Balancing may help... headaches, backaches, fatique, depression, tension, insomnia, nervousness, increase capacity for daily life enjoyment, create inner quiet and gain self-understanding and inprove quality oflife!
